Simply plug this handset into the jack on side of Satellite Phone when the Satellite Phone is installed on the Cradle of the GIK-1700 Installation Kit where phone would be in hands free mode, this overrides hands free and allows you to talk and listen privately with the handset held up to your head like a normal telephone.
